Steve's practice includes an emphasis in estate planning (wills, trusts, business succession planning and inheritance and estate tax planning and return preparation). Such practice also includes the administration of decedents' estates and the administration of trusts. Steve's estate planning practice also includes the incorporation of certain sophisticated estate planning techniques, including: lifetime gifting transfers; Family Limited Partnerships; Charitable Trusts; and the use of Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, to name a few.

In addition to his estate planning practice, Steve is very active in corporate and business planning. Steve serves as legal counsel and advisor to numerous small and medium-sized businesses, assisting and advising them with regard to various corporate matters. He has been actively involved in the formation of new business entities, assisting in the legal issues related to the management of existing businesses and serving as legal counsel related to the purchase or sale of numerous businesses. Steve has worked closely with several business owners in creating and developing a business succession plan for the closely-held business interests owned by such clients.
