Practice Experience
George, a shareholder and director, has been with Dysart Taylor since January 1, 2000. George
focuses his practice in the areas of product liability and toxic tort defense, and commercial and
business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner with a larger Kansas City law firm.
Before that, he was a law clerk to the Chief Judge of the federal court in Kansas City, Missouri.
George has over
30 years of jury trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the United
States. He has recovered over 50 million dollars in business and commercial disputes, and he has
successfully prosecuted and defended a substantial number of commercial arbitration claims.
George also advises numerous companies on litigation prevention.
He has represented both large and medium-sized corporations, particularly manufacturers of
construction, lifting and industrial equipment. He represents several regional and national companies
in litigation and arbitration involving product liability, the Uniform Commercial Code, insurance
coverage, business torts, shareholder disputes and complex contractual disputes. In addition, he
represents a regional Missouri state university.
During his distinguished career, George has successfully defended major corporations throughout the country in multimillion dollar lawsuits involving serious product liability and complex business torts.
