Practice Experience
Howard commenced general practice in 1957
as a City Attorney and Prosecutor handling
a wide variety of cases.
After a few years, the emphasis of his
practice, centered on commercial litigation,
bankruptcy, and corporate matters, with
a considerable part on aircraft financing,
sales, and operations internationally. This
emphasis did not eliminate some personal
injury, workers compensation, estate work,
and appellate work that has required admission
to the Supreme Court of the United States
and the Federal Fourth, Eighth, and Tenth
Circuit Courts of Appeal of the United States.
