Practice Experience
Don joined Dysart Taylor in April, 2003. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Missouri. He has practiced in Missouri and Kansas for over
30 years.
Don is a highly-respected and experienced trial attorney and litigator. He focuses his practice on the resolution of commercial and business disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
His practice covers complex business, real estate disputes, condemnation actions, employment disputes, complex dissolution
of marriage matters involving business issues, business torts, contract disputes and general commercial litigation. Don has also been involved in a variety of
complex cases involving securities, commodities and fiduciary duties, as well as other complex civil cases in federal and state courts in Missouri, Kansas and other states.
Don is active in several local charitable events. He is also active in his neighborhood, community, church and his national fraternity. Don and his wife, Deborah, have three children. Don enjoys sports, music and antiques.
