Practice Experience
Since joining the firm in 1958, Bill has had considerable experience in practicing transportation, real estate, corporate and environmental law.

In his corporate practice, Bill has and continues to serve as legal counsel and advisor to numerous business entities around the country. He has been actively involved in the area of mergers and acquisitions, formation of new business entities, and the handling of final liquidation matters for corporations terminating operations. As a part of his corporate practice, he serves as Trustee for several large businesses in the areas of distribution and building entity development.

Bill’s real estate experience has included Section 1031 matters, property development, representing clients in the sale and acquisition of real estate and working with lenders and title companies in connection with the transactions. Bill’s environmental experience has included advising clients on removal of underground storage tanks, the handling and processing of remediation, dealing with various state regulatory environmental agencies regarding remediation, closure and reimbursement.
