Bahr to Deliver CLE/CE on Estate Planning and Business Succession June 3
Steve Bahr will deliver a CLE/CE presentation through the Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas on June 3 that will consist of an in-depth overview of a case study that is pertinent to financial planners and legal advisors whose clients have charitable intentions that they wish to act upon while living and also to include a charitable fund to be used to carry out certain charitable intentions upon their death, while possibly using such fund to assist with their taxable estate and/or business succession plan.
