Dysart Taylor is pleased to announce shareholder/director Anne Baggott was a featured speaker at USLAW NETWORK’s annual Transportation and Logistics Exchange on Feb. 27 in New Orleans. During the conference, Baggott served on the panel, “Data Privacy and Employment Hot Topics for Transportation Risk Managers, Legal Teams, Insurers and Claims.”

The session addressed technology issues transportation companies need to be aware of, employment and training issues, how they affect litigation and best practices for managing, handling and insuring them.

Technology has rapidly changed the employment law landscape. Between the introduction of widespread biometric data timekeeping practices and the use of cloud-stored data, the transportation and logistics industries need to be aware of the massive changes that could impact their employment practices.

The USLAW Transportation and Logistics Practice Group’s goal is to ensure that transportation and logistics clients have access to highly qualified and committed attorneys who can represent the best interests of clients in the most efficient, cost-effective and professional manner.
