Office Administrator

Our growing law firm is looking for an Office Administrator who can effectively collaborate and guide our team into the future. Areas of responsibilities include staff management; financial reporting; human resources and payroll; benefits and insurance administration; and office operations, facilities, and vendor management. Must have strong management, leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills. Minimum of five years of experience in office management, accounting, or financial leadership roles. We will consider candidates looking to grow and take the next step in their careers. Previous experience in law firm office management is preferred, and we will consider candidates with similar experience in a comparable field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
