Dysart Taylor is seeking part-time staff accountant/bookkeeper to perform general accounting duties as well as providing support to the Finance Manager.

Duties:
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Reconcile monthly general ledger
- Printing and reporting of accounts payable check runs
- Assists in billing/invoicing reconciliations
- Assists in collection of past due balances
- Posts bi-weekly payroll to the general ledger
- Compiles financial information into a formatted budget statement for use in monthly/annual financial statement
- Updates and maintains spreadsheet templates used in generating the financial statements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or other related experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Knowledge of TABS is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
