Dysart Taylor Cotter & McMonigle, P.C. is pleased to announce Yvonne M. Aune and Shelby M. Nusrala have joined the firm as the finance manager and legal manager, respectively.
In her new role, Yvonne, a licensed CPA, leads all aspects of the firm’s financial reporting, accounting and legal billing. As the legal manager, Shelby is responsible for staff management; human resources and payroll; benefits and insurance administration; and office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
Prior to joining the firm, Yvonne served as the chief financial officer for Martin Leigh PC, a law firm that joined Armstrong Teasdale in August. Before that, she worked as an assistant controller at PPC Flexible Packaging. In Shelby’s previous role as director of administration and human resources – also at Martin Leigh – she managed all daily operations for the firm’s Kansas City and St. Louis offices.
Yvonne earned her undergraduate degree in secondary math education from New Mexico State University and her MBA from New Mexico State University. Shelby earned a degree in political science from Xavier University and St. Louis University; she also holds designations as a certified legal manager (CLM) and a professional in human resources (PHR). Shelby is currently serving on the board of directors for the Kansas City Association of Legal Administrators (KCALA).
