SMU Air Law Symposium
Bob Cotter will attend the 48th Annual SMU Air Law Symposium. It is the oldest and largest annual aviation law symposium in the world. Recent events that have changed our aviation landscape are sure to add to the discussion, debate, and education at the symposium. More than 500 aviation lawyers and industry representatives annually attend. The symposium offers continuing education credit, superb networking opportunities, and the exploration of a wide variety of aviation law topics. Bob Cotter currently serves as president of Dysart Taylor and head of the firm’s Aviation Group. His work as a defense attorney has been primarily in the areas of aviation and insurance/reinsurance. He represents many of the nation’s largest aviation and insurance companies, and their insureds. Bob has successfully defended cases involving wrongful death, personal injury and property damage in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. His client base includes insurers, airlines, manufacturers, repair facilities, fixed bases, operators and agents and brokers.
