Leslie A. Boe Joins Dysart Taylor

Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Montemore, PC is pleased to announce that Leslie A. Boe joined our firm in December 2017.

Leslie’s practice focuses on construction law including contract preparation, claims (private and government contract), payment bond claims and mechanic’s lien claims. She represents a wide variety of clients involved in the construction industry including owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Her client-focused representation includes educating her clients about their rights, how to avoid disputes, and how to prepare when disputes are unavoidable.

Leslie has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, both mediation and arbitration, as well bench and jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. She has also participated in many construction law seminars for both Missouri and Kansas construction law, mechanic’s liens and surety claims.

Leslie earned a B.A. from William Jewell College and a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She is licensed to practice before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri, Eastern District of Missouri, District of Kansas, Eastern District of Virginia, District of Nebraska, and Texas State Courts.

Leslie is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She serves on the Career Mentor Commission for the Career Mentor Program at William Jewell College where she helps locate mentors for student participants. She was selected for Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers 2014-2017.
