Bio

Anne Lindner Saghir is a skilled litigator who focuses her practice on defending insurance companies, business owners and individuals in personal injury and complex premises liability litigation, as well as defending and advising clients regarding insurance coverage and first-party insurance claims.  Anne has obtained favorable results representing clients involved in litigation in Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin and Florida.

Anne advises and represents clients through all phases of the claims and litigation process, including pre-suit evaluation, discovery, trial, post-trial motions and appeals.  Prior to joining Dysart Taylor, Anne worked for well-respected firms in St. Louis, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; and Madison, Wisconsin, each giving her the opportunity to gain perspective and experience in multiple jurisdictions and types of cases.  Clients routinely turn to her for help and sound advice at trial and during appeals.

• Defended and prosecuted civil lawsuits in state and federal courts.
• Argued case before U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit; argued and briefed two cases in the Missouri Eastern District Court of Appeals.

• Defended insurance companies in coverage litigation, administrative investigations, and statutory dispute resolution processes.
• Represented insurance companies during claims investigations, including reviewing claims documentation, interviewing third parties, and researching legal issues involved in claims.
