Dysart Taylor shareholder/director Amanda Pennington Ketchum recently served as a co-facilitator on a panel at the USLAW NETWORK Professional Liability Forum in Nashville, Tennessee. The Forum provided an opportunity for leaders, decision-makers and professionals who handle legal, claims and insurance issues within the professional liability industry to network and learn about trending topics in the industry.
On the final day of the Forum, Ketchum co-facilitated the panel “Engaging and Retaining Talent – Strategies to Motivate Employees To Stay” alongside Martha Amrine of Golden Bear Insurance Company, Chris Fagan of Attorney Protective and Jessica Kansky of Immersion Legal. The session explored best practices for creating a culture of engagement and retention, including effective leadership techniques, employee recognition programs, career development opportunities and flexible work policies.
