Dysart Taylor director and shareholder John F. Wilcox, Jr. presented as a facilitator in a seminar covering the best practices for Rule 30(b)(6) depositions at the USLAW NETWORK Fall Conference.
During the interactive role-play session, Wilcox presented applicable 30(b)(6) deposition tactics including consideration for choosing a corporate witness representative, demonstrating the duty to prepare, and exploring the effect of testimony.
