Dysart Taylor’s Of Counsel attorney Katy Alsobrook served as a panelist at the KCMBA Employment Law Committee continued legal education (CLE) course, in a discussion covering multiple facets of Labor and Employment Law.
This program featured presentations in multiple areas affecting employment law, including an employment law case study update, presentations on courtroom and trial processes post COVID, union organizing drives and responses of management and a presentation on ethical issues and dilemmas for employment litigators.
