Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Brumitt, P.C. is pleased to announce director Lee Brumitt has been named a Construction Law Trailblazer by the National Law Journal. The annual Trailblazer awards honor attorneys that are “true agents of change.”
In his National Law Journal profile, Brumitt stated, “I have learned a lot about what makes business owners and, specifically, construction companies, successful. In turn, I have helped inform these companies about best practices. We have mutually helped each other grow and develop. This has also resulted in my taking greater roles in construction industry groups and having the opportunity to influence legislation and common law at the state and federal level.
With more than 35 years’ experience, Brumitt focuses his practice in construction law and litigation. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals on public, commercial and residential projects. In his spare time, Brumitt is an avid collector of jazz and other recordings and plays drums and guitar.
