Dysart Taylor is pleased to announce director John F. Wilcox, Jr. and associate Meghan Litecky presented on remote mediations and arbitrations at Missouri Bar’s virtual Fall Committee Meeting on November 19.
During their presentation, The Choice: In-Person or Remote Mediations & Arbitrations, the duo addressed both the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Tort & Transportation Law committees.
While COVID-19 prevented committee members from gathering for traditional in-person meetings in November, the Missouri Bar planned a full week of virtual meetings via Zoom November 16-20.
