Shapiro Honored for 35 Years of Volunteerism at KCUR-FM
Bill Shapiro was honored by the Kansas City Council in a proclamation acknowledging his 35 years of volunteering at KCUR-FM public radio and more than seven years of volunteer work at the Folly Theater. On September 28, Bill celebrated his 35th Anniversary of bringing listeners Cyprus Avenue, with a special celebration concert at The Folly Theater. Sam Baker was the guest performer for Cyprus Avenue Live.
Bill’s legal practice encompasses estate planning and most aspects of business law and transactions, including tax and succession planning, new business formations and the purchases and sales of business entities and assets. A native Kansas Citian, he has deep roots in the community and takes pride in the fact that he now represents the third generation of owners for some of his client businesses.
