Dysart Taylor director and shareholder John F. Wilcox, Jr. was a facilitator for the seminar “Knowing Your Adversary: Top-Tier Plaintiff’s Firm or a Copycat?” at the 2023 USLAW NETWORK’s Transportation Industry Summer Legal Forum at the end of July in Farmington, Pennsylvania.
The session highlighted the best practices for dealing with the well-known and established plaintiff firms verses the those who have little insight or experience as to that they’re doing and why. The CLE accredited session focused on defending truck accident cases from such firms and included a discussion concerning strategies for handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Facilitators and participants were able to share and learn from each other’s practical insights into managing the complexities of dealing with of adversaries.
