Dysart Taylor president John Wilcox recently presented at the USLAW NETWORK Transportation and Logistics Winter Roundtable in Nashville, Tennessee. The Roundtable event aims to provide business development opportunities and networking with regional transportation clients and national clients.
Wilcox presented on the topic Defending Against Bad Faith Tactics alongside Earl Houston of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. and Pete DeMasters of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC. The session shared a comprehensive approach to recognizing and defending against bad faith tactics commonly employed in trucking litigation and offered a chance for attendees to discuss methods of dealing with bad faith tactics to develop best practices as an industry.
Whether attendees are responsible for risk management, safety oversight, or claims handling and management, the Roundtable program through USLAW NETWORK aims to provide real-world takeaways and shared experiences that can be immediately implemented in their workplace.
