Brumitt Accepts KCASA Associate Member of the Year Award
The law firm of Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Montemore, P.C. was named 2014 Associate Member of the Year by the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Subcontractor Association (KCASA). The award was presented to Dysart Taylor at the 18th Annual KCASA Industry Awards Banquet held on May 8, 2014. Dysart Taylor has been awarded the KCASA’s Associate Member of the Year award for two consecutive years – 2013 and 2104.
The KCASA Associate Member of the Year is awarded to an entity that has shown a dedicated level of care and investment to the construction industry over the past year. An associate member includes any person, firm or corporation that directly has a meaningful and gainful interest in the building and construction business.
Dysart Taylor attorney Lee Brumitt accepted the honor on behalf of the firm. Brumitt serves as a board member and general counsel for KCASA. He has presented on a variety of legal topics at monthly KCASA educational events.
The Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association represents all construction subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, and suppliers. Their mission is to assist members to operate their businesses more profitably and equitably by offering educational programs, industry liaisons, government advocacy, networking opportunities, and member benefit programs for the purchase of goods and services.
