Dysart Taylor’s products liability team supports a broad spectrum of manufacturers, distributors and sellers. We have successfully defended manufacturers of multiple products including aircraft and aviation equipment, construction equipment, bucket trucks, electrical equipment, mining equipment, cranes, forklifts, pollution control equipment, petroleum and industrial cleaning products and more.
Our attorneys work with manufacturing, distribution and leasing clients on loss prevention and claims administration. We work closely with businesses to conduct hazard analysis and consultation, provide education through loss prevention and safety programs, review and analyze warranties, and defend our clients through litigation when necessary.
