Dysart Taylor is pleased to announce director Joe Price recently served as a panelist on the end cycle of businesses at the Missouri Bar’s 2021 annual meeting on September 22.

During his presentation, Life Span of a Business, Part III: End Cycle – Bankruptcy, Succession, Business Sale, Family Key Person Issues, Estate Planning, Price discussed the final stage of companies, focusing on family and estate planning.

The Bar’s annual meeting, which is virtual again this year, included meaningful learning opportunities, national speakers, and more than 20 skill-building, substantive law CLE sessions in five tracks. Price was joined on the panel by Michelle Masoner, a partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Kansas City office; and Lee Viorel, a member in Lowther Johnson’s Springfield office. Spencer Fane partners Nate Orr and Eric Johnson moderated the session.

More than 40 years into his practice, Price draws on decades of experience helping businesses and individuals plan for their future through estate planning, tax planning, business succession planning and wealth preservation.
