Dysart Taylor managing director Michael Judy and president John Wilcox recently attended the USLAW NETWORK Transportation Winter Roundtable in Las Vegas.
The multiday event brings together leaders and decision-makers from midsized for-hire and private trucking companies, insurers and TPAs. Some of the topics covered during the program included how trucking organizations and law firms are navigating generational differences to drive better outcomes, how excess capacity can inadvertently fuel nuclear verdict dynamics, and strategies for navigating incidents involving riders with special needs, package carriers, utility workers, buses, and all other unique commercial auto claims.
Whether attendees are responsible for risk management, safety oversight or claims handling and management, the Roundtable program through USLAW NETWORK aims to provide real-world takeaways and shared experiences that can be immediately implemented in their workplace.
