March 20, 2026
As Chair of the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection, Dysart Taylor shareholder/director Amanda Pennington Ketchum is leading initiatives for the celebration of the group’s 20th anniversary. With activities planned for the entire month of March, Ketchum has kicked off the festivities by introducing keynote speakers and encouraging involvement from fellow members.
USLAW NETWORK’s Women’s Connection, founded in 2006, provides a forum for women lawyers to collaborate, develop and advance the status of women involved in the legal arena through the strengthening of personal and professional relationships. What began as a focused effort to build community among women attorneys and business professionals has grown into one of USLAW’s most impactful initiatives: advancing careers, strengthening client relationships and cultivating a legacy of leadership.
Throughout the month of March, the group will host activities for professional development, powerful storytelling and intentional connection as a means to reflect the group’s history and inspire the next generation of leaders. So far, there have been daily social media activations to highlight USLAW member attorneys and clients and virtual keynotes from motivational speaker Rachel Druckenmiller and pilot Amelia Rose Earhart. The month will culminate in the annual in-person Women’s Connection event in Beverly Hills.
“There is literally something for everyone in store this month,” Ketchum said in a welcome video for the celebration. “We will hear from member attorneys as well as clients. We look forward to kicking off this monthlong celebration of the Women’s Connection and its 20th anniversary throughout this entire month of March.”
