“When she speaks, people listen and respect what she has to say. I think this is why she was such an effective leader of the Council as well as in her firm.”

Bio

Mandy’s practice focuses on a variety of civil litigation ranging from representing trucking companies in catastrophic injury claims and retailers in slip-and-fall claims to helping professionals navigate a malpractice claim. Using her extensive experience, she meticulously investigates accidents and works with clients to strategically litigate cases through trial.

Mandy served as the firm’s managing director from 2015 through 2021 – far longer than any other director in the firm’s history. In her role, she successfully focused her efforts on a diversity initiative within the firm, but her diversity efforts extend beyond the firm and into the community. Mandy serves as the Chair of the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection, and she is Chair Emeritus of the Network. She serves as Vice President of Lawyers Encouraging Academic Performance, which benefits Operation Breakthrough, and has been appointed as a Disciplinary Hearing Officer.
