Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Brumitt, P.C. is pleased to announce director Lee B. Brumitt has been recognized as a legal icon by Missouri Lawyers Media as part of its 2022 ICON Awards.
Brumitt is one of 31 attorneys and judges from around the state being honored this year, including former Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill. He will receive the ICON Award at a luncheon June 29 at the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis.
The ICON Awards, launched in 2018, are presented to distinguished attorneys aged 60 and older in recognition of their exemplary careers and longstanding commitment to the Missouri legal community. Whether active or retired, honorees each hold or have recently held a senior position with significant decision-making authority for their firm or organization. Dysart Taylor president Patrick K. McMonigle was honored with the ICON Award in 2021.
Brumitt focuses his practice in construction law and litigation, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals on public, commercial and residential projects. He also handles a wide variety of commercial litigation.
