Dysart Taylor shareholder/director, Lee Brumitt, received the Attorneys’ Council Award, at the annual American Subcontractors Association (ASA) convention.
The award recognizes a participating member of the nationally-based Attorneys’ Council who dedicates his time and expertise in supporting contractor’s rights and provides guidance, advocacy, and legislative insight to benefit contractors. Dysart Taylor has been a member of the ASA for twenty-five years and Lee has served as general counsel for the Kansas City-based chapter for most of that time. Lee handles matters ranging from contract formation to litigation for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, suppliers, and design professionals on public, commercial, and residential projects and regularly presents to the Builders Association, the ASA, the American Society of Professional Estimators, and MO and KS construction attorneys.
