Dysart Taylor shareholder and director, Meghan Litecky was a facilitator for the seminar “Finding and Owning Your Voice” at the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection at the end of June in Vail, Colorado.
In the session, facilitators discussed what it means for women to have a “voice” in meetings and within their organization. Providing guidance to women on how to navigate perceptions around assertiveness in the workplace while owning their voice and feeling effective in meetings and in business situations. This session also looked at various leadership styles that can be effective in the workplace.
The other session facilitators were Hailey Hopper, Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P., Beth Noonan, Alder Pollack & Sheehan, P.C., and Kelsey Mayo, Poyner Spruill LLP.
The USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection provides an opportunity for women lawyers to collaborate, develop and advance the status of women involved in the legal arena through the strengthening of personal and professional relationships.
