Dysart Taylor managing director Michael Judy recently attended the USLAW NETWORK Transportation and Logistics Exchange in New Orleans. He served as the moderator on the panel discussion Working Together for Success: A Conversation Between Client and Outside Counsel.
The CLE-accredited session focused on a variety of topics, including client reporting and communication, picking the right cases to bring to trial, when to bring associates into cases and the importance of a personal relationship between clients and outside counsel. Overall, the two-day event provided real-world takeaways for transportation and logistics industry leaders to immediately implement in the workplace and utilize for best practices, risk assessment and company planning.
