Dysart Taylor director Michael J. Judy recently joined clients to attend the USLAW NETWORK Transportation and Logistics Exchange on February 10-11 in Las Vegas.
USLAW member attorney-facilitated discussions included an overview of the reserve process with particular focus on setting reserves in truck accident claims. Sessions also addressed the different types of experts and how they might benefit (or hurt) cases. The overall forum provided real-world takeaways for industry leaders to immediately implement into the workplace and utilize for best practices, risk assessment and company planning.
