Dysart Taylor director Michael J. Judy recently joined clients to attend the USLAW NETWORK Transportation Industry Fall Legal Forum on November 3-4 in Miami Beach, Florida.
The annual forum included roundtable discussions on the state of the transportation industry and featured presentations on topics such as defending truck drivers’ medical certifications and how the current post-COVID-19 social climate has impacted the way a plaintiff is evaluated. The forum also shared a truck-pedestrian accident case study.
