Dysart Taylor managing partner Michael Judy recently co-facilitated a webinar through USLAW NETWORK, “When Wheels Create Risk: Navigating Litigation Roadway and Premises Claims in Retail and Hospitality.” The webinar is part of the USLAW REMOTE series, providing virtual opportunities to learn, connect and collaborate with USLAW members.
Alongside Frank Gattuso of Sweeney & Sheehan P.C. and Timothy Montgomery of Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith P.C., Judy presented on the virtual roundtable, discussing insights and strategies related to wheel-related litigation risks facing retailers and hospitality companies. Particularly, the webinar highlighted current trends in personal injury and property damage claims, premises liability and insurance coverage considerations, along with practical guidance for managing risk while aligning legal, operational and risk management objectives.
