Dysart Taylor shareholder/director Michael Judy recently attended the 2024 Future USLAW Leaders Connection in Chicago. The conference was an opportunity for members of the organization to get together and discuss current topics within the legal industry.
The Future USLAW Leaders group strives to foster the next generation of leaders at USLAW NETWORK through educational programming and creating opportunities for lawyers from USLAW firms to gather, network and participate in many facets of the organization and develop paths of leadership within USLAW. Judy recently finished his term as the chair of the program.
The Future USLAW Leaders Connection featured a variety of presentations on topics, such as adapting to the changing desires of young associates in the legal profession, ways to improve a firm’s business development efforts and how to create better relationships with clients and colleagues. Judy served as the facilitator for a presentation which discussed how to develop and execute succession plans that align with the needs and preferences of diverse talent pools.
