Wilcox Joins AAA Roster of Arbitrators

John Wilcox was recently accepted into the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Roster of Arbitrators. The AAA is a not-for-profit organization with offices throughout the U.S. AAA has a long history and experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, providing services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court.

Membership requirements for the AAA Roster are rigorous as it consists of highly accomplished and respected experts from the legal and business communities. All are required to complete continuing educational programs and to focus on managing the dispute resolution process with fairness and skill, with an eye towards time- and cost-efficiency.

Parties to cases using AAA arbitrators and mediators can be assured that stringent standards of ethics and experience must be met and maintained by any member serving on the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.
