Last week, shareholders Amanda Pennington Ketchum and Katy Alsobrook attended the USLAW NETWORK Labor and Employment Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mandy, chair of the USLAW NETWORK, gave the opening remarks to kick off the two day event. This year’s forum featured interactive discussions and networking activities for in-house counsel, chief legal officers, and heads of HR who oversee or manage labor and employment legal issues alongside labor and employment attorneys.
During the event Katy facilitated the session “Investigations in the Workplace: How and When Does a Private Investigator Add Value?”. This session focused on the many layers that workplace investigations have and addressed best practices and resources for these investigations.
