Dysart Taylor Cotter & McMonigle, P.C. is pleased to announce Director Lee B. Brumitt’s many years of dedication have been recognized by the firm, which unveils its new name – Dysart Taylor Cotter McMonigle & Brumitt, P.C.

“Lee’s longtime commitment to his clients and the firm, as well as the legal industry as a whole, made this decision very easy. I am delighted for him and our firm,” said Managing Director Amanda Pennington Ketchum.

More than 35 years into his practice, Brumitt has a passion for protecting his clients’ businesses and helping them grow. He focuses his practice in construction law and litigation, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals on public, commercial and residential projects. Whether a case involves disputes over money owed, defective work, injuries or contract terms, Brumitt brings experience, knowledge and hard work to the table. He spares nothing to represent his clients’ interests.

Brumitt not only enjoys advising and working with clients, he frequently presents to the construction community as a whole through trade organizations such as the Builders’ Association, the American Subcontractors Association, and the American Society of Professional Estimators. In addition, Brumitt is a fellow in the Construction Lawyers Society of America and contributes timely articles to USLAW Magazine and other publications on issues in the construction industry.
