Dysart Taylor’s involvement in transportation law dates back to the genesis of federal transportation regulation in the 1930s. Our transportation practice was founded by Wentworth E. Griffin and Lee Reeder, who were soon joined by Frank W. (Bill) Taylor, Jr. The firm gained national prominence in the 1930s and 1940s with the advent of trucking regulation. Over the years, we have been involved in landmark litigation involving the transportation industry. Nationally recognized for our transportation experience, we represent and defend transportation clients including trucking companies, logistics organizations, warehouses and related industries.

Our Transportation & Logistics Group includes Ken Hoffman and Pat McMonigle who are former presidents of the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA) as were three prior attorneys from our firm. Our group also includes members of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
