Wilcox Elected Managing Director of Dysart Taylor
John F. Wilcox, Jr.has been elected Managing Director of Dysart Taylor, effective January 1, 2012. In this capacity, John will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm and will continue his full-time practice in the areas of trucking and transportation, personal injury, employment and criminal litigation. He replaces Thomas E. Roszak, who served as the firm’s managing director since January 2009.
John is a graduate of Missouri State University and earned his law degree from the University of Kansas. John joined the firm in 2000 and became a shareholder and director in 2004. He and his wife, Melissa, reside in Overland Park, Kan., with their two children. John is involved in a number of professional and community activities, particularly those involving the Transportation Lawyers Association and Notre Dame de Sion School of Kansas City.
