Dysart Taylor was a proud sponsor of the 37th Annual Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI) Trolley Run in Kansas City this past weekend. The firm was one of many local Kansas City companies to sponsor the event, and attorneys from the firm participated in the run as well.
The Trolley Run is the largest fundraiser for CCVI and all money raised from the race supports educational or therapeutic services for kids with vision impairment, including those with multiple disabilities. CCVI’s mission is to prepare children with visual impairments to reach their highest potential in a sighted world. Every year, participants run or walk the streets of Waldo, Brookside and the Country Club Plaza for a 4-mile route in support of the organization.
Dysart Taylor attorneys Amanda Pennington Ketchum and Elizabeth Judy participated in this year’s run on the firm’s corporate team, and managing director Michael Judy serves on the CCVI board of directors.
