“In my experience, every adage about the practice of law can be boiled down to one key truth: there is no substitute for hard work and preparation.”

With experience across a variety of practice areas, including medical malpractice, construction and transportation, Elizabeth Judy advises and represents national, regional and local clients through all phases of liability claims and associated litigation processes. She develops proactive legal strategies aligned with her client’s business and operational goals at the forefront, seeking outcomes that limit financial and reputational risks.
