Bio
Mike Griffin is a seasoned estate/tax planning and corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in practice areas such as estate planning, business succession planning, probate, trusts, tax and business law.
He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and protecting their assets and generational inheritances. He has extensive experience working with clients on wills, trusts, estate tax returns, administering probate estates and more. He also has a deep understanding of corporate law and working with businesses small and large. He has worked on a variety of matters including planning; business formation for C corporations, S corporations, and limited liability companies; mergers and acquisitions; and employment agreements.
Mike comes to Dysart Taylor with a well-rounded and versatile practice, and his strategic thinking and client-focused mindset make him an advocate for all those he works with.
Mike is licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri.
